Q. Where do I pick up my badge?

A. Badge pick-up and new registrations will be available in the Registration Area located at the entrance foyer.
For security purposes, all attendees are asked to wear their name badge received at registration to all events during the Conference.
Attendees without a name badge will be asked to obtain a new one from the registration desk.

A. Yes, all registrants (including guests) must be 18 years of age or older to attend the conference.

Cancellation policy

Q. What is the cancellation policy?

All changes, cancellations or substitutions must be made in writing via email to

Cancellation through 9 April 2017 – €100.00 administrative fee will be forfeited.
Cancellation after 9 April 2017 – 100% of the registration fee will be forfeited.

Reinstating of registration is not permitted after cancellation. You will need to register again. If you cancel and are entitled to a refund, expect a refund within 30 days post conference. Registrants unable to attend may send a substitute. If substitute is not a member, the non-member fee will apply.

Q. I have registered, but have not received a confirmation. How do I get another one sent to me?

A. If you have not received a confirmation email or your registration information is incorrect, please contact

Q. I have registered, but can no longer attend the conference. Can I send someone else in my place?

A. Yes, however the substitute must pay any difference in registration rate based on membership status.
